This app works like magic, it prevents Shopify from charging your customers double shipping due to multiple vendor/fulfillment locations. Absolutely amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!! these things can be super tricky especially when promotional codes and different postage requirements for different locations in the same country come into play. Whenever I needed help I would simply click on the chat icon while in the app and ask for help, the team don't start work until 11:30am Sydney time but as soon as they are at work, they reach out to me straight away. You can also schedule a Zoom meeting and let them take control of your screen and they can work their magic to make any of your requirements come to life!

I needed this app to provide accurate shipping rates to different postcodes within UK. It seemed quite complicated at first, but after a Zoom session with Raj and Sudsan it was all set up and working perfectly. Despite the monthly charge it will certainly save me money every month on expensive shipping to certain postcodes. Raj and Sudsan were so helpful and knowledgeable, I would certainly recommend.

The app is incredibly simple to set up navigate. Complete with a very helpful support team that is always available to answer any questions. This app does everything we need.
