i started with the SE shipping part years and years old. it was great then and even better now.
so when the inventory management came along i had the confidence it too would be a winner; and yes it is!
now it is the marketing part which i just started. i worked closely with evan and i was able to easily switch over to SE from another e-blast app. he got me completely up and running in a very brief amount of time, not to mention, the SE editor is much easier to user than other similar editors.
SE now has the whole package and thankfully, so do I. thank you SE for your products and support you have provided.
Just got off the phone with Clyde, over at Shipping Easy Customer Store. We were chatting for over an hour. He answered and solved ALL of my shipping questions. He spend time will updating all of our configurations to maximize the services provided by Shipping Easy. Thanks to his help, we will be able to manage the high sales volume for the upcoming holiday season.

We've been using Shipping Easy for a couple of years. They have been on a path of continuous improvement. We are EXTREMELY happy with this app as we do free shipping and the great pricing is important to us. The company is responsive to customers needs for features and just plain support. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Realizing the intricacies of different platforms communicating with one another, I was expecting various issues would arise in the early stages. There were none! A couple of minor questions about "How To" were answered through the extremely responsive Chat tool. It wouldn't have been any easier if I had an expert "IT" guy in the next office. Efficient, cost-effective, and convenient with an exceptionally intuitive interface.
I really like ShippingEasy! I've tried other shipping apps for my e-commerce site and encountered major problems with them. Last year I tried something called Order Cup (I think) and had to cancel my "free trial" and ended up losing $50.00 in unused postage that was never refunded back to me despite numerous requests. ShippingEasy has the best customer service and anytime I have a question or issue they are supremely quick at resolving my problem. I also appreciate that they really listen to what their customers are asking for. I requested a tweak to their packing slip format and later saw they had instituted the change in format to exactly what I had suggested. Very responsive sales and customer service team. They are adding UPS and Fed-ex shipping capabilities shortly and this will make them an easy way to ship, pack and track all orders from one source.
