ShippingEasy

We've used ShippingEasy for about 3 years and they are wonderful. They have quick response when you have issues. We when first started using them they showed us how to sort so our labels would print in the same order as our Packing Slips. We have multiple Stores across multiple Platforms and I can ship them all through one place. Can't recommend them enough!

They are the best we have used. We have tried multiple shipping interfaces and ShippingEasy has been the easiest to work with. They listen to their customers and make necessary changes/tweaks on the fly with there team if needed. Great customer service and support which is always nice, very quick answers!!!

I really like using the ShippingEasy app. It's great to have all of our orders from all marketplaces in one spot. I also really appreciate the great support from everyone at ShippingEasy. They have a nice chat feature so you don't have to call in if you prefer the online chat and it works really great. Any time I've had an issue and had to contact the support team, they have been super prompt, friendly and helpful. Today, Melody assisted me with a confusing issue and she made the whole experience very smooth and easy. I feel confident that if I have any issues, ShippingEasy will be able to help, which really helps me to feel confident in their service.
Edit: The customer service is still great! Today I was promptly assisted by Josh and he was as helpful as the previous customer service reps that I contacted. The helpful people at ShippingEasy are one of the best parts of the system!

Its by far the best app for my business. My business runs smooth. It handles all of my shipping needs. Any time i needed help, they respond right away.

Does the job well. Creates a history of your shipments if you need to reference them in the future. Also, easy to void and recreate shipments. Imports from Shopify seemlessly. Great customer support. Shout out to Jose for helping us out!

The best shipping app we've tried thus far.

Tom helped me today and walked me through everything and was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns and even gave me a few pointers! Awesome service!

As a brand new user, just downloaded app yesterday, I have found it to be very intuitive and easy to use. Great customer service - received a welcome phone call this morning out of the blue to answer any questions I had and walk me through the platform. So far, really happy with this app!

ShippingEasy is a great app for keeping track of all your shipping on multiple channels. I used it for my website, eBay and Etsy and it always did well. I really like the ability to print out multiple packing slips and labels at one time. And the postage pricing seems the same as other apps.
I also used their inventory app (which is $9 extra) and liked it. The inventory part does need a few improvements (just seems like it takes too many steps on some processes, and it didn't import the UPCs). it is a new addition to their main app which is the shipping, but they're definitely doing well with it.
Overall, I would recommend this app if you're looking for an app to manage your shipping from several different channels. And really, if you're selling on multiple channels, you really need to invest in some program to help you keep up on everything.
The only reason I switched to a different app is that I'm currently needing something that also handles listing on multiple channels as well as more in-depth inventory management. But I would definitely consider using ShippingEasy again if my needs change.
