My shopify orders were not getting pulled into Shiprocket and it seemed shopify had got disintegrated from Shiprocket. Yashika from Shiprocket technical team guided me thru the process to reinstate and it’s working now. She was efficient and very polite.
I am using Shiprocket since many times and is very happy with their support. They have been my logistics partner and My Account Manager (Vaishali Ji) helped in all issue if i face.
We have been using Shiprocket since the day we have started our store on Shopify. It is the best experience ever to book any shipment. It reduces the stress and hassle in maintaining the shipments. Highly recommend it all!

I am using shopify to schedule my Amazon & shopify orders since Feb2019 and I can tell you that this is one of the best shipping app available in India.
It has a very simple user interface yet a very powerful system. If you are delivering 800+ orders per month then you can get an exclusive account manager and it saves you a lot of time and energy.

Excellent Service. Reasonably priced and excellent support by my Key Account Manager Ashish Srivastava to ensure smooth running of the account. By far the best courier aggregator in India.
UPDATE:
2 years since we have been using shiprocket and the situation remains the same. Please avoid using such aggregators and its better to tie up with a direct courier partner, if you wish to have ANY access to real people and not bots. The KAM refuses to acknowledge any emails/ the average TAT for even acknowledging tickets is 4-5 days in a world where fast delivery is key! Lost packages never paid for. Pathetic experience.
We've faced quite a few issues with Shiprocket in a short span of 3 months.
1. The portal has process breakages due to which the shipment pick up requests dont reach the courier companies in time, causing delay in pickups and eventually cancellations.
2. NO POINT chatting on the engine they NEVER respond !
3. Email escalations only result in standard responses - looking into the matter and we've raised a ticket! 4. You will only receive a response once you've spent days chasing the actual courier partner and getting it resolved on your own!
There isn't any issues with integration with my store. It will be great to work with this courier service. thank you ayaan sir
