Easy integration. Dashboard is pretty convenient to use can easily understand within hours how to us and operate. Other things like Engage 360 does the job for any D2C owner. KAM assigned were pretty helpful as well.

Shiprocket team's pretty supportive & actually help me resolve pending AWBs, their engage defiently helps in reducing RTO, confirming order with customer before shipping. My experience with them has been pretty good, I recommend do give it a try, connect with their team to get issues resolved. I highly recommend them & their engage 360 also

Best platform to ship orders for brands. The best thing about shiprocket is that there are brand managers who guide us and help us fix issues. Shaurya (Our brand manager) is always there to help any order shipping concerns or queries. Highly recommended

We have been working with shiprocket for 4 years now. Really unhelpful account managers. And they refused to take responsibility. Be ready to lose money. But then again the others are worse.

Best app for D2C ecommerce. We've been using it for 1 year now and the best shipping aggregator we've worked so far. Kuddos to our manager Bhanuvendra for helping us resolve queries on time. The best part is their automated systems and innovations are helpful to make logistics side of the business easier.

They should rename themselves as SHITROCKET, because thats the quality of service they provide absoultely shit. Every bad review of Shitrocket is true and every 5 star review here is fake. Fake attempts at delivering parcels, fake pickup attempts, unintelligent and stupid customer service, no solution provided except for saying sorry. If you have a complaint and problem about shiprocket I strongly suggest you tweet about it on X beacuse thats what I am doing. Let the incompetence of Shiprocket be known in the genral social media not just here. The X handles for shiprocket are @shiprocketcare, @shiprocketindia, and their CEO @Vysheshk....and please make sure you post a tweet every day till Shiprocket doesnt improve and does its job honestly for its customers like us
