We use Shogun for specific purposes, and at the beginning, we had problems with integration. I've written to the support team many times and each time they tried to help me. Despite all the difficulties in the beginning, now we use the Shogun page builder every day, and we are delighted with it.
Amazing page builder app with top notch, personalised support. The interface takes a while to get used to but once you do it's very easy to navigate and get high quality pages live within no time, without a developer

Great builder! Can't imagine my site without it!
Still fairly new to Shogun but so far it's been a fantastic tool. Easy to use for someone with no coding knowledge with lots of great templates, also has the ability to add html to give extra flexibility. Would be great if it had Emarsys integration for forms, exporting every entry in a single csv is a bit clunky and we do struggle as a team with the limited logins but otherwise really pleased with it.

When knowledgeable people get back to you right away with screen recorded videos showing how to solve an issue…. Pretty cool.

Shogun Page Builder
Saving and publishing feature is so slow. Saving a page takes 10 seconds and sometimes up to a minute. Publishing is about the same. Very annoying, especially when you risk loosing all your work given there's no auto save.

Been using Shogun for a year now and it has proven to be a very helpful tool for our store. On the odd occasion I have had an issue with something their support has been extremely responsive and had a solution available. Typically I hear back from them in a matter of hours regardless of the time of day I reach out. These guys have it together!

Wow Shogun is a complete game-changer, I have launched many websites but none comes close to the one we built in Shogun. Incredible customization and the support is 2nd to none. Most highly recommended page builder.
