I have been very impressed with this app. We transitioned to Shopify from Bigcommerce. We were excited for the additional features that Shopify offered. However, page building was still somewhat difficult since I have very little HTML knowledge. Shogun makes it extremely simple to create beautiful pages. In addition, I have reached out to their customer service three times now. They have responded within a couple of hours and have always fully answered my questions.
I'm very impressed with Shogun and highly recommend it!

Nice app, but extreme expensive. We hav had Shogun for a long, very long time and was deciding to remove all the content from the platform. Customers should not be a milk cow at all. Sorry to be so clear, but we was a customer since almost the beginning.

I am sorry to hear that you feel that our prices are quite high - just a note, these prices have only increased slightly over the three years that you have been with Shogun - you were on one of our deprecated plans at $79/mo, we are happy to honour this price on our Measure plan which is currently $99/mo.
I understand that you are unhappy regarding the inability for support to copy your pages - however, while we did deprecate our old, unreliable page copying service in favour of a much better self-serve system called Sync that's available on our Measure plan. Our support team do not have the ability to use the manual page copying feature anymore. Once your stores are on the correct plans, you will be able to sync content between the stores whenever you wish.
Again I would like to thank you for the feedback that you have provided for us and look forward to helping resolve this negative experience with my colleague James. We do really appreciate your loyalty with Shogun and hope that we can resolve this in a manner that works for you.

The app is great. It makes creating amazing looking pages really easy and support has been really great, with quick responses and fixes. The developers seam to be continually improving the app as well. I look forward to seeing the new features as they roll out.
Love this app - Great for designing beautiful landing pages and adding products to pages with their "product box" snippet.
Has NO negative effects on my SEO. In fact, my most visited pages from google search (Rank #1) are Shogun designed pages - Search Term: Bo Vape, Bo Pods
Highly recommend for anyone with minimal coding experience, or is just looking to quickly and easily make professional pages for their site.
The app is great, and the customer support I received (with Andre) was so amazing!! They say 24/7 and it's true!. He responded immediately. Usually when I write customer support I'm readying myself for an uphill battle explaining/re-explaining the situation till they finally agree to help. Andre understand the issue immediately, assessed it so quickly, and resolved it INSTANTLY. Thank you!!

This app allows us to easily and quickly make updates to our website front end that look and function great, with no development knowledge. I had a small hiccup with our page layout and James in the support team got back to me quickly with both a solution and explanation.
