Before online 2.0, shopify was very limited in creating pages and shogun has been great in creating pages for our store from product pages to other pages to reflect our offerings. Support has always been responsive and helpful. Just recently we are transitioning to our pages on online 2.0 and once again support was helpful in the process of reverting some of the pages.

Like any builder, it takes a minute to get used to but it pays off! I recently interacted with Shoguns support team due to an error with our theme interacting with a Shogun page. Super fast and helpful customer support. Some of the UX and help/support documents can be difficult to navigate...but the fact that their support team is so responsive and helpful makes all the difference in the world.
