No "Opt-In" radio button...?
Why isn't there a signup form with an opt-in radio button? This is a legal requirement in the EU.
It prevents us from growing our mailing list through promotions and competitions.

While we're unable to offer any legal advice for the EU or in general, we'd be happy to share your feedback with our development team in regards to having an opt-in radio button. That being said, it may also be possible to explore some theme customizations and implement radio buttons. Though this isn't something that's supported by our Theme Support, you can consider hiring a developer to assist you if you're not comfortable working with coding languages. Love it! Would be nice to have an email list validator to clean up our list. Or a theme template to ask if people still want to be on the list. Basically a way to clean the email list for better deliverability. Thank you!
App continues to spin -- doesn't open.

I used another tool (brevo) to create an automation for abandonned cart. I left the automation for abandonned cart running in email. I ran a test : put a product to basket, filled in my details and abandonned the cart.
While I did receive an email from Brevo, I did NOT receive an email from the app "email". Nothing in my junk either.
So, this prooves indeed that there is an issue with the delivery of the email with this app.
Hi, thanks for your review. Where deliverability for Shopify Email is concerned, the system will send out emails in batches if your customer list has a large number of email subscribers. This process helps avoid spam filters while improving overall delivery rates, which will ultimately help preserve your reputation with email providers as a sender too.
