Not impressed. Seems like another change for the sake of it. Every time something is updated it just creates more work and for no apparent reason. It's counter productive and helps nobody. It would at least be something if we were given the reason for the change. What was wrong with the original app?

I wanted to import the templates from the old app into the new one, but the fonts are not being carried over.

It's unfortunate that the Order Printer (now called 'Legacy') is being removed. The biggest value I saw in the existing Order Printer app was my ability to have more than 2 templates, for various purposes. I even used one template as a "work order" of sorts, showing exactly what needed to be produced for the order.
The new version only supports "Invoice" and "Packing Slip", which, by the way, a packing slip should never contain pricing details by default.
Please add additional template support to allow for shop owners to generate various printouts.

We don't have readily available templates other than the invoice and packing slip, however, I'll share your interest for these to our app development team.
As for the pricing on the packing slip, I'm pleased to let you know it's been removed. I assumed I could just copy over the code from the old app, but it no longer works as the subtotal / total fields no longer add up. Why change something with no support or at least option to customise the look and design of the invoice?

extremely disappointed with this app, the old app was great, had my template just how I needed it for my business, new app does not support the same template, VERY DISSAPOINTED

I don't understand why change the existing one. The new one is not better.

We were happily using (the old) Shopify Order Printer. All the templates were set up perfectly.
Tried importing the code in to the new Shopify Order Printer, and it doesn't work.
Pretty poor migration strategy from Shopify. At least the old app is still working... for now...

AWFUL Does not include images, it's hard to work without images.

To migrate your old templates, you'll need to copy your template's code from the legacy app, and then paste the code into the new app.
However, the new Shopify Order Printer app has a slightly different implementation than the legacy Order Printer app. This means that some of your existing templates might not work initially, and you might need to make some adjustments to your template's code.
