Size Charts & Size Guide ‑ ESC

Useless, can't figure out app.

DO NOT INSTALL!

We installed this, and before setting it up decided not to use it and uninstalled it. We then went on to our website and it was completely broken and covered in code all over.

We had a duplicate theme from a few days earlier thankfully, but spent a lot of money having it fixed, and lost out on plenty sales.

Reached out to support and they confirmed it happens sometimes and theres nothing they can do to stop it. If we didn't have a backup we would be in a terrible situation. I can advise anybody who is considering it to not install this - there is a MASSIVE risk and you are gambling with your full website. If you are going to install it please make sure you duplicate your current theme as a backup.

I just added it, the installation is very convenient and looks very nice. But one thing is that the position it displays is below the description, if it can be displayed next to the size option.

disappointed in this app as there were no conviersion templates and had to go onto the web to find charts and then encorporate...too much work

Great app. Easy to use. Excellent customer service. I really recommend. I have recommend this app many websites.

Originally I gave this five stars. It gets the job done, but I don't understand why I:

a. Have to put a title above the size chart;
b. Why the title above the size chart is bold and in all caps

It really messes up the look of my description page having an all caps and bold title called "size chart." I don't know how to change this.

Wasn't impressed with this app. I tried it for a week and it would never connect to our website. We had all the size charts completed, tags set, etc. but it never showed up on our website how it said it would with the positions we chose. Too much of a headache to try and constantly figure it out so after a week we deleted it and will be looking for a more user friendly app, even if we have to pay for it.

Much cleaner, intuitive way to manage our size charts. The only negative is I wish the HTML for the popup modal would inject before the closing body tag, outside of the parent. As it is now, it conflicted with my theme which forced me to make some CSS changes. No biggie considering I have vast knowledge of such things but I could see how this would be problematic for others.
