For any app to earn 5 stars especially paid ones, they need to provide prompt and efficient customer support and customer support doesn't exist for this app! The app has been sending SMS shipping notifications and I never activated or authorised that feature. Must have app for every store. If you are not using this, you are just leaving money on the table. Very good ROI.
I loved the idea of this app but customer service lacks a lot. If you rely only on this app to recover carts and want to do different testing you will see yourself missing a lot of customers because your created text messages might take many days to be reviewed due to their delay in being responsive.
