So far so good! We use this RMS frequently and it's easy enough. I appreciate all of the auto-generated emails, it's much easier to stay connected with a customer even after the return.

We were unaware of this app until we were contacted by one of their team, Jodie. Jodie was fantastic in explaining the app and providing a demo. She was on hand to provide after installation support. The app itself is very slick, blends into our own website and interface, making it comparable to some of the returns platform featured by high street brands. It has elevated our brand as one customers can trust. Top marks to the team and Jodie in particular.
The clicksit team was promt enough to resolve the issue very quickly . The service has been working smoothly till date apart from few tech glitches which were resolved quickly .

Good points; easy to setup, customise various things (like automated emails) & hold return info in one place.
Can improve; system automatically started sending pre-paid returns labels, which we didn't realise would happen (quickly fixed by support) as we wanted a customer paid return.
Great so far - would definitely recommend. New features added regularly and makes managing and tracking returns a lot easier. Now, if people just knew what their bed size was before they ordered, that would really help our business.

It's great to be able to offer returns using Collect+ just like our bigger competitors do. The charges are really good and the app is very easy to use. Also the customers do most of the work so we can just sit back and wait for the items to be returned, allowing us to focus on growing our brand.
