We were searching for a B2B solution that was able to handle our complex business structure and Sparklayer has been a breath of fresh air. Sparklayer easily transformed our website into a true wholesale experience for our customers. The onboarding and support throughout was fantastic, extremely responsive and every question was met with a solution. Some of the features that are in the pipeline will significantly improve our customer experience as well as our own efficiency. Sparklayer and aerply had a challenging start. This was mainly due to numerous misunderstandings. After having a call with Sparklayer and explaining our issues, they addressed our concerns 100%.

Alex, who took charge of the integration for us, went above and beyond, doing much more than just integrating the Sparklayer tool.

I am very happy to revise my experience and, with complete confidence, give it a 5-star rating. Outstanding customer service!

This app helped me scale my website to a more professional product that caters to business clients. The customer support was responsive, informative and incredibly helpful. They showed me additional features that I didn't realize I could do with Sparklayer. 5 stars all around.

Great application , probably the best out there right now.
The problem is with their costumer service and support , very disrespectful , logging out in the middle of the conversation you had with them , replying after 4 days , some of my tickets were never replied and my problems have yet to be fixed - not the best experience .
