Spocket is my primary source of suppliers. We have a relatively new store and are in the process of adding a 2nd one - with that comes many questions. Their customer support team is outstanding. Today I had the pleasure of working with Abby; her attentiveness, clear direction and quick responses are extremely helpful.

I'm an amateur in the business and, after trying many other apps, I had to get rid of them and just keep Spocket. Many look like they have it all together, but none compare to Spocket for small new businesses who want to function like the big guys.

After my last review, the customer care team reached out to me and the issue I had was resolved satisfactorily. I am happy with the resolution and the customer service I received. I LOVED using this app! The customer service was amazing and they were super quick to respond to any questions I had. The app itself was so easy to use and navigate, and I loved how it looked on my store. Overall, I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an awesome loyalty program!

Good app. No control or communication with suppliers so thats not helpful, not great at transparency of price changes and large scale business is difficult to manage on this. Good for small time businesses.
