Miki was very helpful! I have been trying to locate an order for weeks. She was the only support person to let me know the order was canceled. She also assisted me with determing how to proceed with my customer.

So far I love the products that are available. I hope they add more sustainable clothing options. However, I'd give them 5 stars, but still haven't received an email from them in response to the one I sent them days ago. I will update my review and change the rating once I've heard from them.

UPDATE:
If you are on the free setting with this app and you need help, head to settings and the chat window is open. I was able to see if my email was received and what not. Their customer service is very fast and helpful. I'm very happy with them!

I have used Spocket for a very long time and it is the best app on Shopify to source and pick products from. However sometimes it is hard to get a positive return due to the items not being cheap, but who wants cheap items and unsatisfactory customer experiences. So, all hand in hand this is the number one app you need to use for your drop shipping business. Whatever you do make sure you are picking a great drop shipping company like Spocket as your delivery speed and high-quality products are depending on you picking a great company and having tons of sales.
