I was so excited when I first came across Spocket. However, I quickly learned that my cost with shipping was higher than the retail price on several items being sold out in the market. I wasted so much money on this app. There is no money to be made here. I ended up buying wholesale elsewhere and was able to make a profit.

We would have loved to work things out with you and find the right fit of suppliers and products for your store. Shipping cost can indeed be tricky sometimes especially with stores that are focused on non profits and 'for a cause' approach types like yours. Buying wholesale is also indeed a good move to make bigger profits but that actually moves you away from the dropshipping model where there is less risk since you wouldn't need to hold inventory. We do however respect your decision and feedback! We appreciate you sharing it with us and we hope you can give us a chance to prove ourselves to you and make your experience better! Interesting and unique items. The import process seems easy and straightforward. As a new shop, this service was exactly what I was hoping for.

This guys wont give a crap about you only about your money. You do not have direct contact with the suppliers on the platform, so if anything goes wrong with an order you have to contact their customer service, which will then reach out to the suppliers and then reach back to you. Good luck with that! I pay them 100 dollars monthly and when an order from spocket failed to deliver to my customer twice ( customer is furious btw) I reached out for help to them and I'm still waiting for an update from spocket's customer service.. DO NOT USE THIS APP! They will not assist you they way they should if something goes wrong with your order. They only know how to collect money from customers and ZERO SUPPORT

Thank you for letting us know! Shipping can be definitely be a pain sometimes especially during these times! We appreciate your feedback as it does help us know the things we can improve on and how we can do things better. Direct contact with the suppliers is a feature we are working hard to implement in the future and hope to have it rolled out soon! Failed delivery attempts however are usually within the hands of the courier themselves but it is not a reason for us not to do whatever we can to help. Had my first order through Spocket and already I'm having issues. The vendor name for the order and the company that charged my Paypal account are two different companies in two different countries. I brought my concern up to Spocket and all they said is their Operations team "investigated" and didn't find anything wrong. Meanwhile, Paypal investigated and said it was a fraudulent charge, refunded me and set up two factor authentication to avoid this happening again.
Spocket has done NOTHING to make this right. BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam! Look at the other 1 star reviews, not the other reviews that are clearly fake.

Very easy to use and absolutely AMAZING customer support. Russel helped answer all of my questions quickly and thoroughly with great detail so that I understood everything clearly.
