我8月19日安裝Spocket，在9月2日卸載，這符合他們答應的14天免費試用規定，可我卻在9月4日收到PayPal的59.99美元的扣款通知，經寫信去客服部門詢問也都不回答，跟當初他們要招攬我安裝該軟件天天來信的情況，真有天壤之別，在Shopify後臺沒有顯示扣款記錄，可他們似乎跳過Shopify的規定，私下跟我扣的款，所以我判斷這是一家非常不好的公司。
Complaint to Shopify about Spocket
I installed Spocket on August 19th and uninstalled it on September 2nd, which complies with their promised 14-day free trial period. However, on September 4th, I received a notification of a $59.99 USD deduction from PayPal. Despite writing to the customer service department for inquiries, I did not receive any response. This is a stark contrast to the frequent emails they sent to persuade me to install the software initially. There is no record of the deduction in the Shopify backend, indicating that they bypassed Shopify's regulations and deducted the amount privately. Therefore, I conclude that this is a very unethical company.
