This app is amazing, wish we had known about it from the beginning. It's saved us hours and hours of time. Not having to manually enter peoples addresses and weights into AusPost or Fastway etc... Fantastic to see an app developer that works with Australian and New Zealand couriers - finally! The new update that just came out has made the system super user friendly and easy to use. The customer support is awesome as well. Couldn't recommend this app more. Thanks!

Urban Plant Growers uses StarShipIT as the hub for all of our outwards logistics. It was really easy to set up and the team was incredibly helpful with any questions that I had! The rules that you can add in make it easy to choose courier and select the ones with the best rates for each type of package - saving us time and money.

We are very happy with this app. It has saved us a lot of time and money by transferring all of our orders from shopify to starshipit. I must admit when I first installed the app there was issues with printing the label formats correctly and sometimes there is an error with manifesting however, the team is very helpful and will look into the issue and help you promptly. I have found Neeraja to be very professional and she has exceeded our expectations with her willingness and problem solving skills to help us navigate our way through starshipit. We now use this app efficiently with no problems and it is super important to have when you are scaling up your business.

Saves hours creating individual labels for each order. Wish I found the app earlier. Will never go back

Anthony was so helpful with our onboarding. We had 2 online meetings with him as well as numerous support tickets and he was always so quick to help.

The app has saved us so much money and time in postage as well.

We were already using another app, but we started exporting and Starshipit has the best international courier integration. We were supported the entire way, were able to actually speak to the technical department every time we had an issue and I can't speak highly enough about how good an experience it was. Do yourself a favour ! use this app!

We decided to give StarShipIt a go to simplify the process of printing labels than how we were doing it previously. From integration to helping with any questions along the way and giving us a longer trial period to get our heads around how the programme worked, Nikita McCarthy has gone above and beyond. We have used StarShipIt for a couple of weeks now and it is so easy to use and saves us so much time.

Great training on how to use the app. Fantastic customer service from Anthony, during setup and even weeks after making sure everything was running smoothly. Would definitely recommend anyone that uses both Shopify and Australia Post to get this NOW.

We've recently moved over to Shopify for our webstore, Fishbowl Inventory for our ERP Program and then chose Starshippit to deal with our couriers. Having this as a package has cut our processing time in half and our customers are getting better tracking information.

Starshipit helps us to achieve higher efficiency in your warehouse, very good in system integrations and fantastic customer supports. Ashlee is our account manager and she is very supportive and help us a lot during intinal set up and integrations etc. and daily support is very responsible too.
