Starshipit shipping automation

This app is very intuitive and easy to use. It has saved us hours of time on dispatch for our e-commerce business already, and I can see as we grow it will add even further value to streamline our back-end processes. This app saved our business 100's of hours during Black Friday 2024. I wish we discovered this app sooner than we did. We are now working with the pick & pack app which will further save time for not only our team, but ensuring our customers receive their order quicker.

The transition to Starshipit (from another shipping program) has been well worth the effort. As is the case with any logistics changes there were a few hurdles to overcome but the onboarding team (Millie in particular) were extremely helpful, and communicated well throughout the entire process. If anyone has the opportunity to work with the Starshipit team I would highly recommend it.

Generally very useful app for most carriers. Very quick to print. However there are some technical issues and bugs that come up once in a while that take time to fix - best to have a dedicated team meber to manage Starshipit implementation to fix these as they come up. Ron from Starshipit has been very helpful in onboarding us and our carriers. I generally recommend this to business that want visibility and flexibility in their shipping & fulfillment.

Millie was absolutely fantastic in my on-boarding weeks and has been lovely to work with her. The program has been a god send and has made our shipping process so much more efficient. We had a few little niggles but easy fixes and the support has been great - happy indeed!
