Great app so far. Struggling with customizing text in iframe but love all of the features and the ability to pin-point locations manually. This is far better than the competition's app.
This app is easy to use and set up, however, I was having some issue with the Display Setting and contacted customer service using the help widget. Deleen was very helpful and helped to fix the issue. However, there was a section that wasn't still working she followed up with the devs on team and got it fixed. Great job Deleen!

I was worried that this app would not have good customer service after being purchased by Shop Circle, but I was very impressed with their prompt response and dedication to finding a comprehensive solution for my problem.
When we switched to the new Shopify Dawn theme some of our CSS needed to be rewritten so the locator app would look nice; rather than just send me code to fix it myself, which is what Bold used to do, Deelen implemented the fixes directly in my store! That was very nice - I really didn't have to do anything they just took care of it for me.
Stellar customer service, and the app just works great, really flawless, we've been using it for a couple years now and we'll likely never use anything else.
We couldn't think of a better way to run our store locator. We use this for our distributors and we have over 1,000 locations carrying different models. We can easily let our customers know who is carrying what series. Better yet, it gives them directions from their location and has great reporting for us!
