We are a small artisan bakery in Spain. This app is very well featured and is excellent value, meeting all our needs. We had tried other similar apps but they all fell down because of a bug in Shopify's product which Shopify was in no hurry to fix. Sterling at Secomapp provided a good workaround for this, and the team have been brilliant in customising the app, even making further suggestions as we went along. Full marks!
We started using this app for our product pickup and delivery and it integrated well not only with the checkout but with other apps. Whenever I run into an issue, the support staff has been incredibly helpful. Highly recommend
it has all the features you need for pick-up app. Plus, the customer service is really top-notch, they are sincere, helpful and quick in response. Very positive experience.
The app works very well for the needs of our website and we are very happy with it! We had an issue recently where a delivery date wasn't showing up for one of our orders (not at the fault of Secomapp) and Tommy fixed the issue for us and explained what was fixed and explained other possible reasons for the problem (that are beyond our control). Thanks so much for your help and for this amazing app!
Very good app, and helpful support team. We were set up and live within a few days. My only comment is that the app allows the customer to overwrite the pickup address at the checkout, which could cause confusion for them, but all works perfectly well otherwise so far. I have enjoyed the ease of use and it also looks like they are looking to update with a new feature to help out with the current covid_19 situation which I was very glad to hear about.
I used this app for pickup and delivery. It had some shortcomings and didn’t fully support my businesses situation, but the customer support was really good and helped me work through it. In some cases I had to modify some of the code myself to unblock myself but it wasn’t too difficult. Overall it works well and for any normal pickup/delivery situation it will probably meet your needs.
Set up has been very easy so far. I love the idea of the functionality Store Pickup provides. I eagerly await how my customers respond to Store Pickup.

The only frustrating thing for us are some bugs that keep coming up, and the time difference, which results in some of our customers not going through with the orders. However, I believe that the app will be improving over time!
I use the app for our delivery & pick up, I was having problems with the format of the email, the support team was super helpful & got it all sorted for me.
