I have actually added and deleted app a few times. I finally added it and started to plan out some designs and ideas, when I ran into a technical issue I just couldn't fix. Knowing it was a late Sunday afternoon I didn't expect a reply but within 10 mins I had a reply and within 30 mins my issue was fixed.. I have not ordered any samples yet or anything but plan to in near future. Customer service was great though! I was reading some other reviews people please take them with a grain of salt, most of them are NOT Subliminator's fault, what I am reading from most is the lack of understanding by the user. Great app and I recommend using express shipping! Give it a try for yourself! UPDATE: Over a Month Later and their Customer service is still super fast and wonderful! So looking forward to working with Subliminator in 2023!

just wrapping up another Q4 with subliminator and they get better every year. thanks for providing awesome products and amazing free designs. customer service has been really impressive this year too.
Loving it. Easy to use, has some very interesting and different products and great support (do join their FB group if you decide to use this app).

Product of very low quality considering their prices (in CAD). They custom every order/pieces with expectations to receive quality. Instead your material is cheap and not well stained. The material is cleary white before you change its colour but by doing that parts of the material looks faded and it is pulled due to bad stitching. You see the white A LOT !! Im very unhappy with your results and your apparel. I will not be using your website moving forward. I ordered dog clothing and matching sweater but not worth the quality and definitely not the price.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your samples. From your feedback it seems it is your first time working with sublimation printed products?
With sublimation the base fabric is ALWAYS white. This will be the same with every other vendor you will use. On that white fabric is where the print gets sublimated.
About the fabric being pulled, I'm not entirely sure what you mean. But if you haven't, make sure you reach out to our support team. If it was a quality issue, we can definitely refund or resend it, as that's our policy.
Additionally, depending on the fabric you chose (we have "Athletic" and "Fashion" fabrics), the outcome can be a bit different with colors. If you used mainly solid colors, we always advice to use the "Athletic" fabric over the "Fashion" fabric, because of the fabric characteristics.

Subliminator is fantastic. I haven't seen any other POD supplier that has the great mock-ups like they do, as well as being super proactive with giving extras to sell on their sweatshirts, leggings etc.
This company has amazing support, top notch designs and they are free! For someone like myself who cannot really design that well at all this is amazing. Had a couple issues getting app up and running but, they came to my rescue. Highly recommend
