In setting up ReCharge for a client, we faced issues between the older and newer Shopify Checkout Integration versions of the app. We received really good customer service from Matt J. and he was very responsive.

This is a simple to use app with a stylish interface that makes it easy for my customers to manage their subscriptions. Some bugs came up during an upgrade that customer service was quick to fix. Thank you

The support is really amazing and quick. I was having issues on my subscription products. They debugged and resolved my issue within 2 days. Definitely recommended for merchants.

We use recharge for our quarterly wine club membership. We rarely ever have a hiccup with the app, as it is straight forward and easy to use. If issues ever arise, the team at Recharge are always prompt in helping us resolve the issue, in a timely, helpful and supportive way. Bloody love their work! This is the best solution we've found for handling subscriptions on the Shopify service, given that they aren't supported natively. There is a bit of setup required but the support staff are very helpful in getting you up and running.
