This shopify app makes it so easy to add products and customize labels with provided templates. The Supliful team is always quick to review the labels and make sure they follow protocols. Fulfilment and shipping times have improved greatly, and they are constantly adding great products for private labelling!

I strongly advise against using Supliful for your business needs. My experience with them has been consistently frustrating due to two major issues. First, they heavily rely on AI for customer service without being upfront about it, leading to circular conversations and unresolved problems. When you need real answers about your business, you're met with generic AI responses that rarely address specific concerns.

More importantly, their lack of transparency regarding labeling requirements has caused significant problems. As someone trying to run a legitimate business, I need clear, accurate specifications for product labels. Instead, I've received inconsistent information that has led to costly mistakes and potential compliance issues. When trying to get clarification, I'm again met with AI responses rather than actual help.

I've attempted to resolve these issues directly with the company multiple times without success, which has led me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your business needs. A company that can't provide basic human support and clear requirements isn't worth your time or money.

Do NOT recommend this company. They have lost their way and unprofessional. Very poor delivery time for Shopify orders. Unless you are selling on TikTok, your orders will not ship out for several days. I have had to cancel orders because of their delayed shipping, which has made my company look unprofessional. The customer service team has no idea what the fulfillment team is doing. I was told my orders were going out that morning and I spent all day contacting customer service, which kept reassuring me the orders were going out. The orders did not go out. I have been with the company over a year and when they were not selling on TikTok and initially everything was good. But sad to say, no longer. So, if you are not selling on TikTok, you may want to think twice about this company.

Supliful has truly been a game-changer. It makes launching and managing a branded product line so easy! I didn’t have the resources for big upfront investments in product development or keeping large inventory, but Supliful’s seamless integration with Shopify and TikTok, combined with their on-demand approach, makes starting a brand accessible for anyone with minimal investment and low risk. Plus, their customer support has been top-notch—always quick to help and ready with tips to improve my brand. Truly recommend to anyone who wants to start a brand.

Supliful Review: A Platform That Fails Small Businesses

Supliful once positioned itself as a small business-friendly platform, but their recent shift to charging for previously free services proves they’ve lost sight of that mission. This sudden move clearly indicates their original business model was flawed, and instead of finding a sustainable way to support entrepreneurs, they’re now passing their failures on to their users. It’s clear they were bleeding money, and instead of fixing their own inefficiencies, they’ve decided to charge the very people they claim to support.

This change feels like a desperate attempt to recoup losses—probably under pressure from investors—by squeezing more money out of small businesses that simply cannot afford it. It’s a shame that Supliful has gone from an accessible platform to one that’s out of reach for the entrepreneurs who need it most. Their pricing strategy is designed for those with deep pockets, not the small business owners they originally targeted.

What’s worse, this decision further proves that Supliful’s model isn’t working. If it was truly built with the success of small businesses in mind, they wouldn’t have to impose these steep fees. It’s clear that their platform is no longer a profitable or sustainable option for small entrepreneurs. Instead of acknowledging their own mistakes, they’re pushing the financial burden onto their users, making it nearly impossible for small businesses to succeed here.

This shift speaks volumes about where Supliful’s priorities lie, and it’s certainly not with the small businesses they once claimed to support.

Our Base plan, which is $29 per month, is in line with similar service fees you may pay on other platforms like Shopify. The app itself is great, probably the best supplement supplier for Dropshipping.

The only problem is the prices, 14.40$ for multivitamin gummies is outrageous, you need to sell it for 45$ to actually have healthy margins to scale your business which is super overpriced.

Even when you sell 2 instead of 1, the shipping cost goes up as well, why??? you already pay for the shipment for the first product, why would I need to pay another 2-3$ just to add another one considering the product is super small.

Yes, I understand about labels, logistics and not needing to purchase in bulk but your prices are way too high for the average business.
anyway, I don`t think my review will change anything, just wanted to let people know.

Excellent products. Great service. Simple integration to shopify. Fair prices. Easy personal labeling creation.
Great shopify app overall

Only downside: Shipping only to selected countries and shipping costs may be high for abroad shipping.
Should ship to more countries to Europe and have a fulfillment center in Europe to avoid brutal shipping costs.

The idea of Supliful sending email every month that they made a mistake in their label or a mistake in the ingredient and sellers need to redesign the label is unprofessional. This simply means you can never focus on other things; you will always be stuck on editing labels on Supliful products every month. I noticed this only happens after you subscribe to their monthly plan. Now here are some reasons why this is harmful to sellers. Firstly, some of these products and pictures have been placed on Facebook ads, and having to stop an ad that is running for three weeks simply because you want to redesign the label or edit the label of that particular product  is a big loss of advertising spend because some of these ads take time to yield results. Second, not all sellers design the label themselves; some paid professionals to do the designing, this means they need to keep spending money every month for the same product design that they have spent money on  before. Thirdly, some of these product pictures have been posted on social media platforms and this means we need to keep deleting posts every month because the previous labels contain ingredients that have been removed. If this mistakes happens once a while then its understandable but for it to happen every month?  I understand you are doing this for subscription purpose but there are better ways to gain subscribers rather than forcing sellers to redesign product monthly. You can increase price per product for none subscribers and new arrival product to be accessed by subscribers. It is a win win sitution

This past month, we did encounter a couple of instances where spelling and punctuation mistakes slipped through our label templates, or we received incorrect information from suppliers. We’ve recognized that these errors should have been caught in our initial checks, and we’ve since put additional safeguards in place to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We’re committed to ensuring this won’t be an issue moving forward.

We also want to assure you that we didn’t require any updates to user labels with minor spelling and punctuation errors, as long as they met our overall guidelines.

Additionally, product ingredients and descriptions appear on the back of each item, which isn’t visible in the product mockups. So, there’s no need to re-upload images or pause any Facebook ads where you’re using our mockups. You also won’t need to renew your Supliful subscription just to generate new mockups.

We only enforce product label updates when absolutely necessary to protect both end customers and the brands on our platform.

Very good app with very limited shipping routes, as I live in a country not within these shipping locations I cant connect my card, making it unusable. If this was to change it would be a very helpful tool.
