Great App and very easy to use.
We had a problem with the app after loading a theme update where it caused the product pages to jump. Webyze were very helpful and were able to log in and fix the error promptly.
In future I hope they will come up with a way to add swatches to the collection pages.
Overall a very important app our my site.

Guys, there is still an issue after your so-called fix. Please look at the email and video I sent you 6 hours ago. - I've been using this app for years and have generally had a good experience. Whenever I've encountered issues in the past, the support team has been quick to respond and resolve them. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing.

I reached out for support early on a Sunday and promptly received a reply requesting more information, which I provided immediately. Since then, I've sent three follow-up emails but haven't received any further response. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially given my positive past experiences with their customer service. I hope they can resolve this issue soon and return to their usual high support standard.

The Swatches app has provided exactly what I need...a simple and user-friendly way to create and show color swatches for my products. Additionally, their support team is quick to respond and makes any challenges easy to solve. I highly recommend!

This is an excellent app to make your website more user friendly, I used to have three different pages of variants, now I only have one, this means more visitors see more variants. Highly recommended and support is incredibly fast.

My wife loves it. She finds it easy to use and loves that you can get just the right colour or pattern on the swatches. I don't know why this isn't a standard feature in the shopify themes.

I'm very happy with this app. I use in on multiple websites. It does take some customization for it to appear on collection pages. They usually take 24+ hrs to respond, but customer service is good. I would recommend this app to any one interested in improving their customer experience.

Horrible, non existent customer service. Can't launch our store because their app isn't working - trying to reach them for a day and their phone can't take anymore messages and no one answers emails. If you need customer service with your product, look elsewhere.

Does what it is supposed to. Was not able to change the trigger of where colors are shown though, which made the App uninteresting for me. I would change the review if someone on the support team could help me configuring swatches on different types of options.
