Clear advantages:
* This application develops your customer base and develops with your store.
* It becomes paid when it makes a profit.

Support pleases! Because of the time difference, I get answers a day later and this is the only inconvenience.

I tested a few of these types of apps trying to figure out which one would work best for me. Going through the setup of a few of the competitors, something was always missing. This one had it all and worked smoothly. Each of the others has its' individual advantages, but I found Swell to have the most advantages and fit my overall needs best.
In addition, the staff is extremely helpful. They respond quickly and I have never had to go too long without having my question answered.

The app itself is great, but the support is absolutely atrocious. Left a message with their support team on the Intercom chat a week ago, no response. Left a message yesterday, no response. Just left another message, no response.
