I have used this app so many times in the past and I have always liked it. Awesome app and I love all the cute chat box characters and icons.
This app is free! FREE! The capabilities you have on this live chat considering it's FREE is immense. Support is fantastic. You can customise the widget incredibly easily. I wouldn't not recommend this app - there's also a free app for your phone so you can leave the computer and not have to worry about missing your customers.

We've tested every chat app available and settled on this one. It's stable, works across all devices, has great non-buggy features that just work and to boot, it's free!!! Can't argue with free.
It's amazing the way it works and has a free iOS and android app. You can't really run your business without and it maximizes your potential to grow your business from a customer service endpoint.
