This app has potential but so far the Geo Location setting is buggy and currently not working for us. (awaiting support) We are also having issues with the product search feature, this is a issue we have had with other Bold apps that I was disappointed to still see its an issue they have yet to fix.

The drop down banner and addition of the free product seem to work really well when texted. It would be nice if you could make several thresholds so you could increase the incentive to continue to build a higher cart value.

Since we started using this app we have noticed an increase in individual sales. This app was easy to install and looks great on our site. Would defiantly recommend.

We have only been using the app for a few days and can already tell a difference in our order totals. Our company offers a free Oil of the Month with every $25 purchase, but we noticed that some orders would often fall a dollar or two short of receiving their free gift. This app works flawlessly by letting the customer know each time they add an item to their cart; how much closer they are to their free oil. I have a strong suspicion that the $23 and $24 orders are a thing of the past. Thank you for such a simple but a effective app. The monthly cost of the app is well worth it and I would highly recommend this to any company that wants to motivate their customers :)

I have several Bold Apps running in my store and I have been very pleased with all of them. The Team at Bold is super friendly and answers emails promptly! I am particularly excited about the Motivator App I just installed - it worked like a charm from the start and now the settings are in place(an easy process), there is nothing more for me to do except fulfill orders! Nice going Bold!

The app has caused a lot of issues for the store, at some point, it deactivated my "checkout" button, it got installed in the wrong theme of the store for no apparent reason so when I was testing the banner was showing on my live store, it has been a pain, but on the bright side today I spent about an hour with Sukh from the support team. The chat interaction was super helpful, we figured out a solution together. If it wasn't for the great support I received from Sukh I would give the app fewer stars.

Hello there! I'm so sorry about the issues you ran into prior to getting help from Sukh - unfortunately, I couldn't find the email correspondence related to the checkout issues, so I can't confirm what may have gone wrong there.

I'm glad to hear that Sukh was able to work with you to get things cleared up this time around! If you're interested, we also have some documentation on our Help Center related to hiding the banner on all pages, which may be a workaround in the future rather than removing the app's coding in the interim.
