Surprisingly, the customer support team was very helpful, fast, and efficient.
On the other hand, my experience with TikTok customer service has been extremely disappointing. I've been waiting for over a month to get an issue resolved, and I still don't have an answer. Most of the time, the live agents seem to copy and paste template responses without actually addressing the issue, which is very frustrating. The whole process has been time-consuming and disappointing.

Had trouble installing the Tiktok pixel because in Romania we dont have access to official tiktok app for some reason. Tried the classic copy-paste code in the website but the pixel was not working for some reason. Searched and found this app, it is a bit expensive but for me it is worth it. Also, the installation and the immediate support from the app was helpfull. Taking all into consideration, i recommend it 100%.

Amazing customer support went quickly to the worst. This app is seriously buggy and most features require their dev team to debug first. There is no smooth set up. I spent all Thursday with their support and dev team to set up. Eventually all was said to be working. Hurray. Until Friday morning when just about every aspect of tracking was broken. The problem was, that on Friday morning, while already having campaigns running, I was told their dev team is off for the weekend until Monday. 24/7 customer support really means someone to sweet talk you while the dev team has a 3 days weekend instead of fixing seriously buggy app.

For the longest time, I was struggling to connect my Shopify pixel to TikTok Ads and unfortunately, doing it automatically wasn't an option, as our e-commerce is based outside of the supported countries.

The app is amazing if you want to run 2 products on TikTok. The setup can be a bit technical but the support team truly stands out. Extremely easy to use, even for those who aren't technically inclined like myself, can easily set up pixels in just a few steps. When using the pixel with the app, the campaign tracking is quite accurate, it's much more reliable compared to other pixel-setting methods I've tried before. The support team and technical team have been very helpful, providing specific assistance based on settings in my TikTok and Shopify accounts instead of giving generic responses. Highly recommend!
