Soon as I made my first ad I got this error "This account has been suspended and its ads have been stopped." Raised a review and it's been more than 72 hours. Our website is selling swimming shorts. Faster customer service and assistant is needed.

Logged in today and saw the following error. This account has been suspended and its ads have been stopped. Our account is compliant and all creatives are created in-house. Raised a ticket already and have not heard back. Tiktok needs to really fix its system. I am not sure if its automated or manually done, we have no issues advertising on other social media platforms. More over, there is close to 1000 USD in the account that can't be refunded. That's just stealing.
