I have just recently started using Timesact and so far the app has been great, but the tech support alone has been worth the price.
I have worked with 3 different people now, and all of them were incredibly helpful and surprisingly quick to respond.
I don't remember everyone's name, but Princess helped the out the most recently and most of my issues were resolved immediately, and the problems that needed more time were fixed within a couple of hours, where other services I have used would take days.
So far so great! I will update again once I have had more time using Timesact!
Timesact has been great and their customer service is like no other - they are on it!

I've tried 6+ different ones and finally found timesact version. I was having issues with the install (left over code from the other apps) but Andrei pleasently took care of the issue within a few hours. Thank you so much!

I have used this app for a couple of weeks now and it is the easiest, and cheapest (it's free!) solution for pre-orders I have come across. The developer responded really quickly to a query I had about the app and within a week had implemented a new feature as a result. I look forward to seeing more features added in the future. Thanks!
