I am excited to try this app for booking appointments. Hopefully it is everything that I am looking for.
Highly recommended! I have launched my store and not yet used the booking app. But definitely Laura and her team are just fantastic! They helped me a lot with setting up and customizing the code for my store. I asked them for lot of help and everytime they have been highly supportive, replied immediately to every email and followed up!
App looked great in the beginning, and we inputted all our info.
Then we started getting volume and now it doesn't load at all past the first button.

Make sure you have a cutoff date (for future dates)
I made mine blank and it would query a long and complex schedule that wouldn't ever finish loading when I wrote the review above. Fixing it to a 2-week max range fixed this issue.

There's no function prevent CUSTOMERS to have their (duration) of service to overlap.
Ex. If I buy an appointment for 10AM-11AM, I should not be able to buy one for 10:30AM-11:30AM, since it is impossible to serve 2 services at the same time. It should be 10AM-11AM and only allow 11AM and after for the next appointment.
Loads of appointments get an error and don't come through. Customer service doesn't help. Very annoying because i've got a few orders in this app so I can't switch to another app because they will get lost.
Only just started setting it up, but so far it seems brilliant. The main thing is I can't believe it's free! We've been using a paid version for quite a while now, and this seems to do everything and more. So glad to have found this app!
Great litte App that as a non-essential retailer during Covisd-19 I am using to allow customers to make an appointment to "Click & Collet" both items from my website and as a Jeweller.... collect & drop off their repiars. This allows me to conform to UK Goverment guideance at the time of writing this review.

I was a huge fan of the Tipo Appointment Booking App. The app has started glitching out and not allowing people to book any services, which in turn, is loosing me money. I've contacted support multiple times and no response. I think once the app is completely functional it should get 5 stars. But for now, its causing my business a lot of money
I used this app to book virtual visits with Santa over Zoom. It allowed me to create the appointment slots with lots of useful options. Integration with other tools was a little tricky, but I eventually made it work (using Zapier to automate the Zoom meeting creation and then sending an appointment email)
