I absolutely love Tolstoy. But I love it even more now. I had an issue connecting both my shopify stores to the one account. I chatted to online support and Niezl was so helpful. She answered questions quickly and even jumped on a call with me to show me what she was doing to fix the problem. Love this app. Our products require a bit of education and the videos on our product pages allow us to educate our customers, about our features and benefits, whilst also sharing our brand personality and reducing barriers to purchase.
