I had a problem with the app translating on my website. I contacted Transcy and they solved my problem very quickly. Whenever I need their help, they never disappoint. Excellent customer service. Anna and Jennifer are the best!
I use this app to translate the content of my website. It works well and it is fast. The translation (French to English) is not always perfect, but very close. The customer service is amazing and they always answer my questions very quickly and precisely.
