First I had problems with the installation of the application, but I contacted them and they were very helpful, they did not rest until they got my store working as I expected. I'm starting my trial period and I think I'm going to stay with them. Great service, I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend the Transcy App for Shopify! It has proven to be an indispensable tool for my international business strategy. The app is user-friendly, responsive, and makes translating and localizing the store a breeze.
However, what really sets this app apart is the outstanding customer service. I would like to single out Ande in particular at this point. From the very beginning, he was extremely supportive and spared no effort to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Ande patiently answered all my questions and did so in a very understandable and clear manner.

At first when I started with this app it was really good (for a French translation), few words needed to be corrected but that was okay. Whenever I needed to correct a wrong translation, some bugs in the code appear and I had tags in the middle of my titles or texts. The team was amazing correcting them every time. The only downside I have is that the same bug appeared on my home page (same wrong translation that was corrected previously) and I had to check regularly to make sure everything was well translated. Otherwise, the customer service is really good and nice!
