I haven't used the app yet as I am still learning how to use it. I had a few questions and spoke to Mia. She was very helpful and answered every question I had. It was a pleasure speaking to her. Customer service has been great so far and they respond quickly as well! Thanks again!

I needed to reach out to Trendsi today concerning some shipping questions. I worked with Allan and he was magnificent!! He was very helpful and understanding. He answered my questions and did so in a timely manner. I never experienced a problem with Trendsi customer service. They are a great team. Allan was wonderful and I am grateful for his time and knowledge on the situation.

I am brand new to Shopify. I had trouble adding my store to Trendsi and Mia was so helpful and walked me through the steps to get my store up. She even went beyond and showed me the next steps into building my collections and listing them. I am excited to get more use out of this app!
