When I tell you they are THERE to help 24/7, I'm not exaggerating... it's 11pm and poor Gretle has been helping me with my ridiculous questions for who knows how long! I highly recommend Trendsi and I think Gretle needs a raise

AMAZING customer service. Gretle was super helpful at helping me figure out how to properly submit an order from my shopify website and locate 2 other orders. She was super quick and responsive. This has made me feel very secure in building an online boutique with the help of Trendsi.

Fantastic customer service. whenever I have a question they make sure they get me an answer quickly. I have used Trendsi a few years ago and I must say there has been even better improvements. Thank you Anya for all your help.

I've had to use Trendsi support chat 2 times within the past week, both times were effortless and Issues were resolved in a timely manner. Anya specifically was a lot of help, replied quickly and she was very knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend this app. The products are beautiful, simple to integrate with your store, and any issues you face you have an entire support team that is extremely knowledgeable and you can never hesitate to reach out to them and save a lot of time instead of trying to figure it out for yourself.

3/21/23 Love the Trendsi team! I had a question about bulk importing a collection to my Shopify page, and Angelo was attentive, gave specific instructions, and even gave me screenshot to get it done - without asking. Fantastic customer service!

3/9/23 Mary was so helpful! I needing guidance on adding additional product tags because the system was not letting me for some reason, plus a couple other little questions, and I was not finding where to fix it myself. She took the time to ensure the issue was being worked on internally, then sent me the link to remove them in the interim instead of just sending me to the Help guide. She chose to provide great customer service, and I am so appreciative of it. Thanks Mary!

This is a great substitute shipping platform with a wide variety. What surprised me most is that the customer service of this platform is really dedicated. When I have a question I don't understand, I just need to ask the staff and I can get a solution very quickly. The staff member who provided me with help was Anya, and she was really great!
