This app is amazing and the customer support is superb. Angelo was very helpful. I only have one concern and that is the shiping delays. I have to check avaliablity for products occasionally.

They have great customer service! Super prompt. I use the chat feature because i am busy, I'm a mom, student, and running an online store so I kind of use the heck out of live-chat and Allan was super helpful. I was confused on what pre-launch means and how we can sell without violating terms and Allan was very patience with my questions and really took the time to clarify things for me. I really appreciate Allan's help, so much so I had to leave a review. Trendsi itself as an app is amazing, cute clothes, and quick shipping!

I had some trouble understanding few points on the currency issue, Tax, Inventory, Bulk order and when i was connected to Gretle, Gretle was so patience on clearing my doubts and helped me understand it. I don't even know where to start. They have all the resources and information available, along with having live chat reps to always help if you have any questions. Angelo, Mia, Lhirose, and Gretta specifically helped me out when I had a few questions, and was very knowledgeable when answering them. I highly recommend using Trendsi. I could go on and on.
