So far so good.
The installation and connection to Shopify didn't go as smooth as expected, because I work with Firefox. I had to do it from a chrome browser. Now it's connected and running. I hope I don't have further browser issues.

It's my first time using Trendsi and I'll be honest wasn't quite sure how it worked. I looked to chat with someone and TaDa there was someone available. I'm used to waiting hours to ask a simple question that hasn't been answered in FAQ. Lorie help me and she was nice and patient. So far so good!

I am a completely new user of Shopify & Trendsi. I received 5 orders in the first 2 days of launching my website. I had a lot of questions regarding "Fulfillment" and "Delay Processing". Anya from customer service helped me so much! She was Awesome! She was very helpful and very patient. I learned new things :)
I found Trendsi on social media and knew I wanted to work with them. Dropshipping is definitely the way to go. I hope to continue to grow and learn more about the process. I know that if I have more questions, Trendsi Customer Service will be there :)

This was my first order selling on Shopify via Trendsi and I was very nervous about the whole process. My customer service representative was Lee and she was amazing! She walked me through the whole entire process from start to finish and gave me a lot of helpful hints. I feel so much better and more confident dropshipping after she helped me. I was nervous to offer drop shipping items to my shop. I’m very passionate about making sure my customers are receiving quality items each time they shop with us. Each item that has arrived from Trendsi has been wonderful!
They also have a great system that automatically updates inventory on your own site. Which I’ve learned from trail and error that is not always the case
