ok i'm new to my online store. our coach Corrina jus said we need to get familiar with our dropshipper, mine is Trendsi. well i was jus with customer support "Allen" and he jus walked me through everything to be expected and all in under an hour. he was great, shopify is great, and Corrina is great. thanks all; im loving this

Had a small hiccup today with inventory not syncing (which was probably user error). Wasn't expecting much when I used the chat assistant, but once I got through the automated answers, the representative, Angelo, was a huge help. He knew exactly what was wrong and we were able to resolve the problem in a few clicks. Thanks Angelo!

To start off with I have to say Trendsi has an outstanding support channel. I just chatted with Gretle and she answered all of my questions without hesitation. By answering my questions, I could tell she knows every detail of how Trendsi operates and how to help clients who are trying to start up their business.
I do have to say, I just started using Trendsi to start my drop shipping business.
Trendsi is an awesome place to start building your business, they have a huge selection of products to choose from, which you can never go wrong.
I will continue to use Trendsi because they have just about everything you can think of.
Also, I just want to say "keep up the good work" Gretle! I hope I run into you again if I need help in the future!

As someone who has 3 jobs including Boutique owner, I need an app that is easy and straightforward to use, has all the right features to help with efficiency and offers true expedited shipping options. The absolute most important feature for me, as a drop ship business owner, is the automatic inventory updates and "out of stock alerts". Trendsi provides all of this and More!

Knowing that I have knowledgeable, friendly and supportive customer support staff at my finger tips who respond so quickly is also invaluable.
Today, Anya exceeded my expectations with a critical need.. I was wow'd by her service and her communication. I am beyond impressed with Anya as well as all of my previous interactions with Trendsi support. It feels good to work with a trustworthy and supportive vendor!

I've been using Trendsi for a few months now! I love all their products and have many compliments on what I buy.

I spent many hours reviewing dropship suppliers before finalling choosing Trendsi for my store and so far I'm glad I did.
I've just begun adding trendsi products to my store so I haven't had a lot of time working with the app personally. I would like to add a shout out to Chette with Trensi support though who did a great job (on a Saturday) personally answering my questions about how to include video clips in my store. This was my first experience asking Trendsi for support and I wasn't dissappointed. Thanks again Chette !

It has been such a great experience to work with Trensdi, such a nicely built page and they offer great support. Raymart is a kind agent from Trendsi, who helped me and walked me through my inventory, assisting me with syncing products to show in or out-of-stock items on my store website. I was able to learn how to navigate through my store and correct or adjust my inventory, all through his excellent support. Raymart went above and beyond to help me with my questions and any issues I was experiencing were resolved. I feel valued and cared for. Thank you once again for your help, Raymart!!! I am very pleased with Trensdi and their support team, and I highly recommend them.
