You know, my company has been sync'ing a lot of products with other vendors for quite a long time so I feel qualified to speak about things. Trunk is a extremely easy to set up and use app, mismatched SKU matching works well and is a fast process. The sync times we see are very fast, in fact at one point today my team simply went from one tab on the browser to the other and the SKU count was already updated.

Frankly, if you need to sync inventory this app is well worth considering!

Updated Review | Trunk App works really well in syncing product inventory. What you need to know: Increasing inventory (especially from Etsy) may take a minute to update. Everything works super simple to start up and link up. Had a hiccup with some adjustments with my inventory in which James and Arturo swooped in to help me out. The only major downside is if linking with Amazon: Amazon delays inventory adjustments with their pending orders, and this will absolutely cause inventory to be off. You will need to keep an eye on this every few days if you have low inventory and hot selling items. Otherwise, great App and I look forward to using it with my next shop.

Trunk has solved all of my inventory management problems! I was missing sales and refunding orders because I could not keep up manually adjusting stock on every platform we sell on. Trunk integrated easily and seamlessly and has already paid for itself! I am no longer refunding orders because I’m out of stock. It was exactly what I was looking for!

Trunk has been exactly what I needed to allow me to sell on three platforms. It was easy to setup, get going right away and is spot on in syncing inventory on all three platforms. It is a very well thought out system and works great! I also love the inventory stock alert feature as well as stock lookup by SKU or partial product title.

Trunk isn't the first inventory syncing software we have tried, but its the first one that worked perfectly the first time, and made the whole process easy.

I’ve been trying to sync inventory across a wholesale and retail site manually and was always forgetting something! Trunk was a perfect solution and has already helped take away that stress in the first day we set it up. Plus, I love that there’s room for growth if I decide to show on other wholesale sites!

We have been using Trunk for a few years now and we're very happy with the service. We originally used it to sync between Squarespace and eBay. But, recently we moved our online shop to Shopify. We were happy to see that Trunk integration was only a click away. With Trunk we don't have to worry about anything, when it comes to inventory keeping in sync. It's lightning fast and so is the customer service from James! Thanks Trunk!

When I first installed this app, it seemed to work great and it would be perfect for what we needed. Is it too good to be true? Then the problems came. I updated inventory on a product and then it would revert to restocked. I thought maybe I did something wrong so I fixed it. I then added stock for a different product and a customer asked me if it had sold out. It had not (had they not asked I would not have known this was happening!). So I look and all the items that I had updated with new inventory were not synced up. The problems first came to my attention on a Wednesday when I thought I had did something wrong. Who knows how long it actually started before that. I contacted Trunk Thursday and again Friday. They got back to me Friday evening saying that there was something wrong on Etsy's end. Except how could that be because Shopify was also coming in incorrect. I had provided screenshots. Either way, there seems to be no urgency. The entire weekend we're losing sales because items are showing out of stock and then we are receiving orders for items that are out of stock and I have to cancel orders. In all, we have 5 days (that I know of) where this app is not working properly. What a nightmare. I LOVE the idea of the app if it worked the way it was suppose to. I am disappointed that an issue that starts on a Wednesday is not even resolved by Sunday (and is still unresolved as I write this). For this reason, I can not confidently recommend this app.
