I have been working on my Shopify site for several years now and every app I download, I have a difficult time getting the support I need or any support at all. I have to say that the developers of this app have changed all that! I had a question and not only did they help me right away but they even worked with me to change things a bit to get what I wanted. I was absolutely amazed! I am so very grateful that I have discovered this app and the wonderful support that comes with it. And the app is also very easy to use and intuitive and I'm not smart about this at all. I'm a maker and designer, and so computer skills are not my strong suit so apps like this with staff like this make my time on the computer pleasant and bearable! This filter is absolutely amazing. I now use it for 3 of my stores. Plus the customer service is second to none. I'm a little tech challenged and they are so patient. They held my hand through the entire set up. Three times!!! I highly recommend this app.

Not happy at all with this app!! Like many other 1-star reviews - this app broke my theme. Once I downloaded the app, instead of all my items being categorized in the correct collections, every item on my website was grouped into one collection. My website would refresh after about 5 seconds and then correct itself. After I uninstalled the app, it still was somehow connected to my websites theme. I had to reach out to Shopify, and they escalated my issue to their development team because it wasn't an easy fix. Then I reached out to the Developer of the app, and they had to be the ones to fix the issue. Just be cautious when downloading this app!

Incredible customer service. For any tweaks they are instant to reply and the widget does its job perfectly. Highly recommend it.
