Uploadery is a really great app. Logan and Mandy provided great customer service and installed the app for me on the same day I requested it. They also responded very quickly to the questions I had.
Very good app and very good support.
The only thing that I would recommend them to revise is the price as it's very high especially for new stores that don't generate revenue yet.
This app is great for stores that require a file upload feature. The team is fast to respond and the app is easy to use.
Just installed it so i cant review how good it works or how easy it is yet, but so far customer service for the installation has been 1st class
I use this app so my customers can upload photo's on my website when they order their customized pillows. I didn't know - despite I watched the tutorial video's - how to integrate ShopPad on my website, so I decided to chat with an employee. Within 10 minutes my shop was ready to go, thank you ShopPad!

Amazing suite of apps but more importantly, world-class customer service.
The app works exactly as advertised. The crop window looks nice. It is new, so still a bit rough around the edges. More importantly, and the reason for a clear 5-star review: I had a total of 5 change requests (some referring to my particular application, some bugs), and those guys fixed each and every request to my satisfaction with a 48h turnaround time! This is the best customer support I have ever received, and is what caused me to become confident in switching from Jotforms to Uploadery. You guys deserve to win!

The customer service is great! There was hiccup in my email thread at first but Alan P. came to the rescue and worked quickly and efficiently to help us get our website ready to launch! Was very helpful with all of our questions and an awesome help! I've tried other apps but the customer service of Uploadery has to be the best!
