What a great tool. We were able to drastically improve the standard shopify emails with the excellent Spently templates and, more importantly, build out some robust follow-up email campaigns that can be triggered by all sorts of ecommerce activities. I was really impressed by the capabilities and integrations.
App works great and the team is really friendly. But not like, too friendly, ya know? I feel like they'd be the types of people that would want to pet my dog if I walked into a room with her but still able to hold an intelligent conversation without being too distracted by her cuteness.

Amazing App! We specialize in limited apparel and artwork designed by local artists. We wanted to be able to add some marketing and design to our store emails and Spently made it easy to get all store emails set up in under 15 minutes! I really like the ability to add a referral program in the emails, to encourage customers to share with their friends. We also wanted to follow-up with customers automatically after they bought from a specific collection, to tell them about other products in the same collection. The automated follow-up emails were easy to set up and have been very effective! The open-rate has been higher than I’ve ever seen, and the app has already paid for itself many times over! Highly recommended as a way to drive some extra sales! Brilliant!

Really enjoying this app. Updating our notification emails could not be easier...once you get used to their setup. We were having an issue that their customer service team had to update in their app and they did so in a day or 2. Their customer service is VERY responsive and helpful. I can highly recommend Spently.
