Slow support when there are clear bugs on their side. Cost me losing a lot of sales at a critical time. Only email support is available, they won't pick up their phone. Get this app if you want customers to never come back to your site due to high shipping.

I had some complicated shipping rates- some items free, combined shipping, etc.
the ability to use blended rates is ideal
I’m NOT an IT type.. so needed help every step of the way. Molly was incredible! Her directions were exact, and clear.
In a few sessions, I had everything in order and my shipping is working perfectly now. I recommend this app.

ASR is a comprehensive tool which provides users with a very high degree of control over their unique shipping arrangements. In our case, we had several zones within the same city and ASR helped us create individual pricing for each. Molly is an absolute champion and was polite, patient, and helpful the whole way through. We really liked the ability to use and test the tool on our live site without any visibility to the customer. Thank you!

We use the Advanced Shipping Rules app on multiple websites. It offers many features, and the support provided is second to none. It is highly recommended for store owners who want to configure a complex shipping matrix with multiple product groups and different rules.

Excellent app and even better support! We never really run in to any problems with the app but when we do have a question or something happens that causes an issue the support team are super responsive and get it sorted quick smart. Cannot recommend highly enough if you want to have full control on your shipping options available to your customers

We noticed an error with one of our shipping rates, contacted the tech team. Had a very quick response from Molly who helped us solve the issue in no time at all. The error was a manual one on our behalf when we first set up the rates, the app itself works really well for us and we would definitely recommend it.
