Absolutely the BEST. The staff from HelfulCrowd Yusuf reached out to us first with the problem we were having and solved it quickly with perfection. He was really friendly too. Also the emails they send out to the customers are very easy to follow and only buy couple clicks the customers can write the review without visiting the website again. BEST BEST BEST.
the best product review app, on here by far. Yusuf was super helpful with installing code i had now. Compared to other review apps Helpful Crowd is the best
The helpfulcrowd team are always quickly available for support, via live chat & email, making it so easy to use. I moved my website from a different ecom provider and Yusuf was so helpful - moving all my product reviews over for me. When you don't understand how to do something, he'll just do it for you! Also before I even decided to use helpfulcrowd on the new site, Anna provided all my old reviews as a download to make sure I wouldn't lose anything when closing my old store. I was on the free plan on my old store but will probably keep using helpfulcrowd and upgrade because their service has been good.
I am really pleased with this app. Very easy to install and awesome customer support. Specifically, had a great conversation with Yusuf today regarding an issue and he was very friendly and quick! The app itself is very nice and has lots of cool features to showcase the customer reviews with photos/videos..
Great App with video upload feature, hopefully the server will get faster soon :) And great customer service with integration with AfterShip to set your specific time period to send the reviews and keep emailing the customer until they review. Prob will get 3x more reviews with this app. Hope the custom Avitar logos will be added soon too! :)
