so far the best review app i used after going through most recommended ones from the shopify store, plus the team are super helpful and engaged with my inquiries, i wanna mention the staff lan, who helps me a lot from the beginning, even on small details.

This is not a forced review/bot review. I've had my online store since 2013 and I've never experience such topnotch service anywhere else but from this team, especially to YUSUF!!! :) I've been bombarding him for almost a week now and he has always been so kind and patient in answering all my inquiries, and was always willing to go the extra-mile to do app-related work for me. I've tried countless review apps here on Shopify but have never found the perfect one to fit my needs until i found HelpfulCrowd. I swear, this is just too perfect! And worth every $! We just migrated from Wix to Shopify and have been using Helpful Crowd for about two years. This team is amazing. Yusuf has always been so helpful. We had a whole new website designed so we had A LOT on our plate when it came to user friendliness and the look of the website. Yusuf, was able to transfer our reviews from our old website and helped us with the SKU's, he was able to help us add reviews in the recommended carrousel, our featured product of the month, and made it look super clean on both mobile and desktop version. The service is awesome. They are always there to help via chat. It was awesome to take a screenshot to help me with the set up my promotions with my positive reviews.
