Great app so far! The team proactively reached out when I wasn't even aware that something wasn't even working yet. In another instance I wanted to change something and contacted customer service. Yusuf responded immediately and adjusted it within seconds. Much recommended!
I had been using another app for months and didn't get a single review. As soon as I starting using this app I started getting tons of reviews. Even people who purchased different items in one order took the time to leave a review for each item, proving how easy it is to leave a review. I'm just starting out and don't have much room in my budget for paid apps, but I gladly upgraded this app once my products increased in order to keep getting the customer reviews coming in! Thanks for making a free version as well as a very reasonably priced upgrade available! I recommend it to anyone who needs reviews.

We also love the fact that we've 'done it our own way' to collect reviews differently to almost every other review app.... and we look to the proof our customers get, not spin about collecting 'in email'.
We also believe in making your profits stay in your pocket..and not having to give up 15% of your profit just collect reviews...that's our job. Any wonder why the average conversion rate our stores get is 10% and some upwards of 30% without using coupons?

We migrated to Shopify from a different platform and needed to bring our reviews with us. This app let us do that. And we are already seeing new reviews from our Shopify customers!!
Most importantly, app widgets look so nice and clean with our theme as if they were designed together. You can't even tell it's a 3rd party plugin
I am at the beginning of the use of this app but it already looks really good. The main reason I am giving the five stars are the incredible support I have received. I needed to upload my previous reviews and encountered some technical issues. Yusuf from the support was incredible dedicated and helpful that he spent with me over the weekend several sessions. Very kind and very helpful. You will be not left alone with this app.

We use this app to provide customers a way to review our bicycles, as we are not a main-stream brand, customer reviews are very important in lending credibility to our product, and helping new customers decide to buy one of our bikes. We also like the Q&A function, as sometimes the customers have technical questions, and its great if other customers can see the responses too. So far the app has been great, its easy to integrate the reviews across similar products with different set ups, so that customers all the reviews for a given product, regardless what specification it has. We just integrated the badge in our footer, so show how many over all reviews we have. Yusuf was very helpful in integrating this for us, and didn't mind making small adjustments to get it looking better. He also helped install the review widget on the product pages. Thanks very much for the help and good service.

Yusuf was so helpful that he done all for me in minutes. Not only that, he also went one step further. Upon noticing that the stars were not showing on the product and collection page, he asked for permission to fix this. Again, done in minutes.
