The app is awesome I can see my videos on a Facebook page I manage but not on my product shopify store or YouTube page.

I dont want to use again. Although it has great access to make great videos, pricing is extremely expensive especially when you're a small business just starting out. All costs add up and unfortunately this is a big cost.
We appreciate your feedback. You can create and download beautiful videos with our free version. Please make sure you choose one of our free Templates or Styles (those without the PRO sticker on them). Videos made with our free version have our watermark on them so check this option is enabled. Additionally, Vimeo Create offers various subscription tiers in addition to our free Basic service. I used this app and and completed a video then could not transfer to shopify store for preview i think it would be great.
We currently support auto-embed in several Shopify store themes, but it seems that the auto-embed did not work on your store's theme. For further support in resolving this, please reach out to us directly by opening Videofy and clicking on Settings --> Contact Support so we can further assist you.
Easy to make the videos, but they do not play at all. The image of the video is a static image, like the product pics.

The first video made with this App looks really great and professional. I just downloaded it so I hope it the good feeling I have continues

I am currently on a free trial, prior to buying the app. Not all features are available, but it's easy to make videos. However, NONE OF THE UPLOAD/SHARE FUNCTIONALITY works. How am I supposed to determine if I want to purchase this for my website if a basic functionality doesn't work? Also, there seems to be no support while on the free trial. I would love to purchase if I knew that this was a supported and fully functional app.

Terrific. Super easy to make. Wish there was more customisation, but you can create really high quality videos in almost no time. It's fantastic.
